What is Pepvio?

Pepvio is a telehealth platform operated by Vio Platform LLC. We connect patients with licensed providers for evaluation and prescription of compounded medications, dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to patients. Our catalog is built around three pillars — longevity (NAD+, glutathione, methylene blue), peptides (sermorelin today, with more added as the catalog grows), and women's optimization (bioidentical HRT).

How do I know which protocol is right for me?

Start with what you're actually trying to address. For energy, focus, or general longevity — NAD+ Longevity ($299/mo) or Glutathione Foundation ($299/mo) are where most people start. For deeper sleep, faster recovery, or a leaner build — Sermorelin GH Stack ($299/mo). For hot flashes, sleep disruption, or other perimenopause/ menopause symptoms — HRT (From $199/mo), where a provider routes you to the right components at your online visit (estradiol patches, progesterone, optional topical estradiol). How is this different from supplements?

Everything Pepvio prescribes is a real medication, compounded by a licensed pharmacy after a licensed provider reviews your intake. NAD+ injectable, sermorelin, estradiol — none of these are available over the counter. The compounding pathway is the same one longevity clinicians have used for decades; what's different is that the consultation, prescription, pharmacy, and monthly delivery are bundled into one subscription instead of four separate vendors.

How are the protocols priced?

Most protocols are $299/mo — NAD+ Longevity, Glutathione Foundation, Methylene Blue, and Sermorelin all sit at this anchor price. HRT is personalized at your online visit — the provider routes you to a component bundle and final pricing shows at checkout. PT-141 starts at From $199/mo (the nasal spray is our entry tier). The Longevity Bundle (NAD+ + Glutathione) is $499/mo. Quarterly options at a meaningful discount are available during checkout — our intake flow lets you pick monthly or quarterly billing before you confirm payment (PT-141 nasal spray is monthly-only; everything else offers both tiers). All prices are all-inclusive — provider review, compounded medication, and shipping. New customers get 20% off their first month with the welcome code.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

For protocols that treat a diagnosed medical condition with an FDA-approved indication, yes — generally. That includes our Women's Optimization protocols (HRT Foundation, HRT Comprehensive, PT-141 for Women, and the HRT + PT-141 Bundle), which carry an HSA/FSA badge on their protocol pages.

For longevity protocols (NAD+, Glutathione, Methylene Blue, Sermorelin, Longevity Bundle), eligibility is more situational — these are typically prescribed for general healthspan support rather than a single diagnosed condition, so HSA/FSA admins often require a Letter of Medical Necessity from your prescribing provider. Our providers can issue one when clinically appropriate; ask during intake.

Final eligibility is determined by your individual HSA or FSA administrator. Pepvio provides itemized receipts for all subscriptions, which you can submit for reimbursement.

How do I get started?

Click Get Started to begin your online medical intake. You'll complete a brief questionnaire about your health history and goals, and a licensed provider will review your intake — typically within 24 hours. If appropriate, the provider issues a prescription that's sent to a partner compounding pharmacy. Your medication is then shipped directly to you.

Where is Pepvio available?

Pepvio's affiliated prescribing providers are licensed in all 50 U.S. states. Pepvio is currently available only in the states where compliant pharmacy fulfillment is also available.

Patient eligibility is verified during intake based on the patient's current physical location, shipping address, provider licensure, medication type, and partner pharmacy licensure. Patients located in unsupported jurisdictions are blocked from proceeding with payment, treatment, and prescription fulfillment.

Who fills my prescription? (Partner pharmacy information)

Prescriptions written through Pepvio are dispensed by F&F Pharmacies Inc d/b/a Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, located at 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH 45014. They can be contacted at (877) 858-3784. Jungle Jim's Pharmacy maintains licenses in 40 US states. They are not licensed to dispense in: California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia, or Delaware. Jungle Jim's does not dispense sterile compounds — when a sterile-compound formulation is required, prescriptions are routed to an alternate licensed compounding pharmacy partner.

Who reviews and prescribes my medication? (Provider information)

Clinical evaluation and prescriptions on the Pepvio platform are provided by Wasef Health, PC c/o Michael Wasef MD.
