- How much does Pepvio cost?
- Treatments run from $161 to $439 per month. The doctor review is free and shipping is free; you only pay for the medication, and the price on each treatment's page is the price you pay.
- Is Pepvio covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?
- Every Pepvio prescription is HSA/FSA eligible, and you can pay with your HSA or FSA card directly at checkout. Pepvio doesn't bill insurance.
- Where is Pepvio available?
- Pepvio serves all 50 states. The physician who reviews your intake is licensed in your state, and your medication ships to your door from a licensed US pharmacy. Patient eligibility is verified during intake based on the patient's current physical location, shipping address, provider licensure, medication type, and partner pharmacy licensure. Patients located in unsupported jurisdictions are blocked from proceeding with payment, treatment, and prescription fulfillment.
- How does the prescription process work?
- You answer a few questions about your health online, which takes about 2 minutes. A U.S.-licensed doctor reviews your answers, usually within 24 hours. If the treatment is a safe fit, they write the prescription, a licensed pharmacy fills it, and it ships to your door within 5–7 business days. Your card is saved at checkout and charged only once a physician approves your prescription. If it isn't approved, you aren't charged.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- You can skip a shipment, pause or cancel anytime in the patient portal at portal.pepvio.com. A protocol or dose change goes through your physician.
- Who fills my prescription? (Partner pharmacy information)
- Prescriptions are filled by our network of licensed U.S. pharmacies. The dispensing pharmacy's name and contact information always appear on your medication's label and packaging. Partner pharmacies include GoGo Meds (525 Alexandria Pike, Southgate, KY 41071, 1-888-795-5826).
- Where are the medications compounded?
- By licensed 503A compounding pharmacies in the United States, made to your prescription.
- Do I need bloodwork before starting?
- Most treatments don't require it to start. If your doctor thinks labs would help, they'll say so during the review, and you can use your own doctor or a direct-to-consumer lab.
