These Auto-Renewal Terms ("Auto-Renewal Terms") describe how Pepvio subscriptions automatically renew, how to cancel, and your rights under the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) and applicable state automatic renewal laws (including but not limited to California Business and Professions Code §§ 17600-17606, New York General Business Law § 527-a, Vermont 9 V.S.A. § 2454a, and similar laws in other states).

These Auto-Renewal Terms are part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. By purchasing a Pepvio subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Plans and Recurring Charges

Pepvio offers monthly subscription plans for peptide therapy protocols. The current price for each plan is displayed at checkout and on the protocol pages of our website.

By submitting your payment information at checkout and confirming your purchase, you authorize Pepvio (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel.

2. When the First Charge Happens

Your payment method is saved and authorized at checkout but is not charged until a licensed Provider has reviewed your health intake and approved a prescription. If the Provider determines that peptide therapy is not appropriate for you, no charge occurs and your authorization is released. The monthly subscription period begins on the date the first charge is made (i.e., the date of prescription approval), and subsequent renewals follow monthly from that date.

3. Renewal Terms

  • Renewal frequency: Pepvio subscriptions renew automatically every month (every 30 calendar days) on the same day of the month as your initial purchase, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Renewal price: Subscriptions renew at the then-current price for your plan. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
  • Renewal duration: Each renewal extends your subscription for one additional monthly billing period.
  • No automatic enrollment in additional plans: Your subscription renews only the plan you purchased; we do not automatically enroll you in additional or different plans.

4. How to Cancel

You may cancel your Pepvio subscription at any time, for any reason, in any of the following ways:

  • Online: Log in to your account at pepvio.com/portal/dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription" in the subscription management section. Cancellation is effective immediately upon clicking the button.
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@pepvio.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your cancellation within one business day and send you a confirmation email.
  • Chat: Use the chat widget on the Site to request cancellation. A team member will process your request promptly.

You do not need to provide a reason or jump through any hoops to cancel. We will not require you to call or speak to a representative. The same method by which you signed up is available to cancel.

Easy cancellation pursuant to California law: If you accepted these terms in California, you may cancel by any of the methods listed above, and we will process your cancellation immediately upon receipt. We will not impose any fees, charges, or penalties for cancellation.

5. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for any future billing periods
  • You will continue to have access to any medication already shipped or in production for the current billing period
  • No refund is provided for the current billing period (medications already in compounding cannot be returned for safety reasons)
  • You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support

6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

From time to time, Pepvio may offer free trials, discounted introductory periods, or other promotional offers. The terms of any such offer will be disclosed at the time of the offer. Free trials and discounted promotional periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the standard monthly price unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends. We will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before the free trial or promotional period ends.

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If the price of your subscription changes, we will:

  • Send you an email notification at least 30 days before the new price takes effect
  • Display the price change on the Site and in your account dashboard
  • Allow you to cancel before the price change takes effect
  • Apply the new price beginning with your next renewal after the notification period

Your continued use of the Services after the new price takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

8. Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined or fails for any reason, we will:

  • Notify you by email and request that you update your payment method
  • Attempt to charge your payment method again over a period of several days
  • Suspend or terminate your subscription if payment cannot be successfully processed

You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts. We may use reasonable collection methods to recover any unpaid balance.

9. Acknowledgment Required at Checkout

At checkout, you will be required to affirmatively acknowledge the recurring nature of the subscription before submitting your order. This acknowledgment is required by federal law (ROSCA) and state automatic renewal laws.

10. State-Specific Disclosures

California (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600-17606)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to cancel your subscription online at any time through your account dashboard. You will not be required to call, speak to a representative, or take any other action that requires you to leave the website. You may also send a cancellation request by email to support@pepvio.com. We will provide an acknowledgment of receipt and confirm cancellation by email.

New York (N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 527-a)

If you are a New York resident, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time and we will provide a cancellation method that is at least as easy as the method you used to subscribe.

Vermont (9 V.S.A. § 2454a)

If you are a Vermont resident, your subscription will not automatically renew unless you have affirmatively consented to the auto-renewal in a separate disclosure at the time of purchase. We will obtain your affirmative consent at checkout.

Oregon, Washington, and Other States

Residents of Oregon, Washington, and other states with similar automatic renewal laws have the right to clear and conspicuous disclosures of subscription terms, easy cancellation, and renewal notices. We comply with these requirements.

11. Renewal Reminders

We send the following automated reminders to help you manage your subscription:

  • Order confirmation immediately after each charge
  • Shipping notification when each order ships
  • Refill reminder approximately 5-7 days before each renewal
  • Free trial conversion reminder at least 7 days before any free trial converts to paid
  • Price change notification at least 30 days before any price increase
